Is foie gras healthy?

Before eating or drinking anything, you should obviously consult your doctor. But if you’re hungry… 🙂

Foie gras is an excellent source of iron, making it a superfood for red blood cells.

It is also a source copper, and selenium – selenium helps your body to make antioxidants that ward off cellular damage caused by free radicals.

Foie gras also is abundant in Vitamin B12, and Vitamin A (great for eyes health).

Foie gras is a food for special occasions, so don’t eat it every day!
